Reasonably priced with a prime location near Mall of Emirates. Friendly staff like Asif and Shoura made our experience enjoyable. Housekeeping and rooftop staff were great. Only drawback was loud music on Friday nights.

I chose this hotel for attending our annual general meeting because it offers three versatile meeting rooms, AV facilities, and a professional planning team. The 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers in the lobby were convenient. The rooftop bar and delicious breakfast were enjoyable perks for post-meeting relaxation.

The one service I missed for my work was a lack of dedicated IT support during our meeting sessions, which would have been beneficial for technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Always return for trip. First stay, staff helped me returning forgotten jewelry. Perfect fit: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, pool, massages, rooftop. Everything I need!

The gym and rooftop pool with shisha service were perfect for relaxing. The hotel also accommodated our request for a late check-out.
