I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the location is superb, just behind the Mall of Emirates. the rooms were comfortable, and the beds were cozy. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the modern furnishings and fittings in the room, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. the use of thick window blinds in the room was perfect for keeping daylight out, allowing for a peaceful rest.

One area for improvement would be the communication at reception. It would be helpful if the staff could provide clear and accurate information about what is included in the room package to avoid any misunderstandings.

Had an amazing stay at a hotel with a rooftop pool and large terrace rooms with rain showers. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again for the view! Better than photos.

The one service I missed for my work was a lack of dedicated IT support during our meeting sessions, which would have been beneficial for technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Overall the room is smaller than usual rooms in other similar class hotels.
